To ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities, a formal agreement will be established between our company and your business. This contract outlines the terms of service, including installation, maintenance, restocking, and liability.

- Ownership & Maintenance: The vending machine remains the property of our company, and we assume full responsibility for its upkeep, repairs, and stock management. Your business is not responsible for any associated costs.

- Liability & Safety: We ensure that all vending machines comply with health and safety regulations. Our company carries the necessary insurance to cover any potential damages or malfunctions related to the machine.

- Access & Placement: Your business agrees to provide a designated space with a power outlet for the machine and allow reasonable access for maintenance and restocking.

- Termination & Removal: Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice, upon which we will arrange the removal of the vending machine at no cost to you.
